Book cover painted in Krita

This is the new cover I made for the first book in my horror series for kids. (I write under the pen name of E. C. Crawlie for this series, mostly because my real name, Matt Jordan, is just too boring. )

As usual, this project is all open source. For the painting, I used Krita and I have to say that I really like painting in Krita. GIMP handled the image processing while text, layout, and pdf output for the cover were done with Inkscape. The book itself was written and formatted with LibreOffice and all of the work was done on LinuxMint.
